Mark Zuckerberg is back in the news not for his magnificent luxury vessels but for his recent trip on his private jet to Miami. The centibillionaire owns a spectacular G650ER as do most noteworthy billionaires, and he was spotted in Miami by jet-tracker Zuckerbergjet. His visit to Miami over the weekend got us thinking, and it took us straight to his superyachts. Call us creatures of habits, or yacht-obsessed, but Zuckerberg’s vessel is in Miami and we presume he made a quick trip to check on his beautiful boats, though he still hasn’t made any statement regarding owning them.

The alleged new luxury vessel Launchpad is docked at Fort Lauderdale for over two weeks now, interestingly next to massive container ships per ship-tracking website Marine Traffic. Positioned next to the $300 million Launchpad is a 964-feet container ship, thrice its size and is called NYK Romulus.

It is a gigantic vessel built in 2010 with a volume of 55487 GT. The Launchpad vessel, in comparison, is a 387-footer by Feadship with a volume of 4,999GT. Zuckerberg was first linked to motor yacht Launchpad, formerly known as Feadship 1010 commissioned by Russian oligarch Vladimir Potanin, in December 2023.

Mark Zuckerberg owns the Gulfstream G650ER.

This past month several publications worldwide have fervently reported on his latest purchase of $300 million Launchpad and $30 million support vessel Wingman but the Meta boss hasn’t bothered to clarify the matter.

The Wingman support vessel will be accompanying the mothership Launchpad.

He is perhaps taking a page from the books of Russian billionaires who keep mum about the ownership of their pleasure crafts.

Mark Zuckerberg was earlier linked to superyacht Ulysses-

A billionaire without a luxury vessel is as good as a coat without fur. Zuckerberg has been linked to several superyachts in the past like the $150 million yacht named Ulysses. It belonged to Kiwi billionaire Graeme Hart who sold the ship in 2017. A spokesperson for Mark Zuckerberg denied reports in 2018, saying, “The reports related to Mark purchasing a yacht are completely inaccurate as he did not purchase a yacht.” As opposed to their prompt replies in the past, Zuckerberg and his team have chosen to stay mum on the matter. Perhaps, because there is nothing to clarify in a true story.
