Grayscale Investment, the world’s largest crypto asset manager has announced the appointment of Peter Mintzberg as the CEO, effective from August 15, 2024, as Michel Sonnenshein stepped down. Mintzberg has over 20 years of experience with global expertise. , Mintzberg has deep knowledge across a broad base of client types and asset classes and is joining from Goldman Sachs. Before that, he held leadership roles in prominent asset managers including BlackRock, OppenheimerFunds, and Invesco. Barry Silber, the founder and CEO of DCG also expressed his excitement over what Mintzberg could contribute in Grayscale’s next chapter.
