Four-time NBA champion Tony Parker is parting ways with his sprawling Texas estate six years after playing his last game for the San Antonio Spurs. The listing, priced at $16.5 million, is for a 10 bedroom, 12 bath home on 53 acres in Boerne, about 30 miles northwest of San Antonio. The Mediterranean-style home comes with a temperature-controlled wine room with a 1,500-bottle capacity, theater room with stadium seating, dual offices and 6,000-square-foot gym. Outside, the grounds are filled with a tennis court, sand volleyball court, greenhouse, fruit orchard, herb garden, a private waterpark and a tortoise enclosure.
