Mumbai: BNW Developments has unveiled its latest brand film, ‘Curators of Fine Living’, created in collaboration with creative studio Filament, as part of a shift towards lifestyle-led brand storytelling in luxury real estate.
The film moves away from conventional real estate advertising centred on architecture, amenities, renders and property features. Instead, it uses human experiences, including moments of connection, imagination, warmth and togetherness, to communicate BNW Developments’ approach to luxury living.
The campaign marks a broader shift in the developer’s brand strategy from property-led communication towards lifestyle and brand storytelling, with the concept of ‘curation’ positioned as a key element of its brand narrative.
Dr. (CA) Ankur Aggarwal, Chairman and Founder, BNW Developments, said, “Architecture reaches its highest form when it creates room for life. Our intention is to look past the industry’s obsession with superficial spectacle and anchor ourselves in crafting environments that honour human connection. ‘Curators of Fine Living’ is a reflection of our commitment to building spaces designed not just to be admired but deeply lived.”
For Filament, the brief focused on rethinking how luxury real estate could be represented visually without relying on familiar category conventions. The resulting film combines intimate human moments with imagined environments, using light, movement and expanding horizons as recurring creative elements.

Swapnil Lal, Chief Marketing Officer, BNW Developments, said, “Curators of Fine Living is more than a campaign line for us; it defines how we think about the experiences we create. We wanted to move beyond the conventional vocabulary of real estate advertising and express the life, emotion and intent behind the architecture.”
A key component of the film’s production was the use of AI as a production and storytelling medium, rather than positioning AI itself as the campaign proposition. The technology enabled the creative team to transition between landscapes, family settings, floating forms and imagined spaces while maintaining a consistent visual and emotional language.
Arshad Zaheer, Founder & CEO, Filament, said, “BNW’s brief gave us the opportunity to rethink the visual language typically associated with real estate. We kept returning to the idea of horizons, physical as well as emotional. AI gave us the freedom to move seamlessly between reality, memory and imagination while retaining one continuous emotional language.”
Lal added, “The intention was never to make an ‘AI film’. Technology is most powerful when it becomes almost invisible and allows the idea to take centre stage. For us, the objective was to express the idea in a way that felt contemporary, emotional and distinctive.”
The campaign also extends beyond digital platforms, with the film being showcased through Emirates’ inflight entertainment across its fleet, taking BNW Developments’ brand narrative to an international audience.
With ‘Curators of Fine Living’, BNW Developments is positioning luxury as an integrated experience that brings together architecture, design, hospitality, service, environment and human experience, rather than presenting it as a checklist of property features.
