Fitness technology produces plenty of data. The more useful question is what happens next.
The AEKE K1 Smart Home Gym is built to take information about the user, translate it into a training plan, and provide feedback while the work is happening. Its hardware brings together a 43-inch 4K mirror touchscreen, AI motion analysis, a smart scale, heart-rate monitoring, and up to 220 pounds of digital resistance.
For AEKE’s Prime Day promotion, the K1 is available through the company’s US official website for $3,498, down from its regular price of $4,798. The $1,300 discount runs from now through June 30.

The K1 experience begins with a user profile and a six-dimensional fitness assessment.
The system can evaluate body composition, posture, flexibility, muscle strength, movement patterns, and cardiovascular-related data. It gathers those measurements through an AI camera, smart 8-electrode scale, heart-rate armband, and resistance motors.
That information feeds into the K1’s software, which generates a personalized fitness plan around the user’s current condition and stated goals.
A strength-focused user may receive a schedule built around progressive resistance sessions. Someone focused on general conditioning, mobility, weight management, or cardiovascular fitness can receive a different balance of workouts.
The plan gives the user a starting point, a calendar, and a visible path forward.
Digital Resistance and Live Performance Data
The K1’s motor system delivers up to 220 pounds of digital resistance and allows the load to be adjusted in 1-pound increments.
That precision gives users control over smaller increases in resistance, which can be helpful when progressing through exercises or dialing in loads for different muscle groups. Multiple resistance modes also allow the system to adapt the feel of the load for various training styles.
During a workout, the K1 tracks repetitions, resistance, live power output, range of motion, workout duration, calories burned, session volume, and cumulative training volume.
All of that information is displayed through the 43-inch 4K mirror touchscreen.
Users can follow the instructor, review their live metrics, and see their own movement in the reflective screen. Built-in 2.1 surround sound, Bluetooth music support, and screen casting handle the audio and visual side of the session.
The AI camera analyzes movement quality and can deliver voice or on-screen guidance related to posture, form, and exercise execution. The feedback arrives while the user is moving, giving them an opportunity to make immediate adjustments.
That can be especially useful during solo training, where a small form problem can otherwise continue unnoticed across an entire set.
More Than 200 Courses in One System
AEKE lists more than 350 movements and 200 guided courses for the K1.
Training categories include strength, cardio, Pilates, yoga, stretching, boxing, Tai Chi, Chi Gong, mobility, and meditation. That gives the system enough range to support heavy lifting, recovery sessions, cardiovascular work, flexibility, and lower-intensity movement throughout the week.
Users can also create custom routines by choosing target areas, resistance levels, sets, and rest intervals. Those plans can be named and saved for future sessions.
The K1 supports multiple user profiles, allowing each person in a household to maintain separate assessment data, goals, workout histories, and personalized programs.
Safety controls are integrated into the smart grips and crossbar. Users can quickly reduce or release the resistance through built-in unload controls, giving them direct access to the load during demanding movements.
A Full Platform That Folds Away
The K1’s aluminum frame is mounted on caster wheels and includes an automatic folding platform.
When folded, the system occupies approximately 0.3 square meters. When opened for training, it expands to a footprint of roughly 0.9 square meters. The platform unfolds with one command and includes anti-slip grooves for stability.
That design allows the K1 to function in a home office, bedroom, living area, or dedicated fitness room while still leaving the space usable after the workout.
AEKE also says the core K1 experience does not require a monthly subscription. The body assessments, guided courses, AI-generated plans, movement feedback, and performance tracking are included with the system.
The Prime Day promotion brings the AEKE K1 down to $3,498 through June 30, saving shoppers $1,300.
