Caledonia Mining (NYSE:CMCL) said Wednesday its Blanket mine in Zimbabwe achieved record quarterly gold production of 21,772 oz, which also was 3% higher than the same quarter a year ago.
Caledonia (CMCL) reiterated its full-year guidance for gold output of 75K-80K oz, after producing 55,244 oz in the first nine months.
“Blanket continues to provide a solid foundation for the company, providing us with a platform for our other growth projects in Zimbabwe,” CEO Mark Learmonth said.
