“Ri Seol-ju and Kim Joo-ae are people who can be free from existing detention,” said Chung, head of the center, adding, “Such things shock North Koreans and women and can be seen as bringing about a change in costumes in North Korea.”
Earlier, Kim Joo-ae drew attention several times when she wore the “Kids Hooded Down Jacket” of the French luxury brand “Christian Dior” to public appearances.
