Kaos, one of the most exclusive yachts in the world, is already attracting attention in the bay of Funchal for is breif stop early evening.
As announced by JM, the ship, managed by Atlantys Superyacht Services/Transinsular Madeira, is carrying out a small technical stopover in the port of Funchal this evening.
Kaos is 110 meters long, practically the size of the Sea Wolf (113 meters).
It belongs to billionaire Nancy Waltorn Laurie, businesswoman and heir to the Walmart chain. It has capacity for 34 people, includes a helipad, a beach club with jacuzzi, large swimming pool, gym and a wide range of luxury services. The crew consists of 45 people and the suites are extremely spacious.
The charter price is not known, but it is estimated to be around 45 thousand euros per day on average. In high season, the fare is even higher and can reach more exorbitant prices.
