An infill development called Red Oak Manor is bringing a touch of luxury to an older neighborhood in central Annandale.
The development consists of six houses on Travis Parkway. Two have sold, including one that’s already occupied.
The three-level Wedgewood model is 6,912 square feet and is listed at $2.357 million. It has six bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, and two half baths.
The primary bedroom has a seating area, wet bar, fireplace, and a screened balcony. The lower level is completely finished, with a fitness room, wet bar, exercise room, and spa with a sauna and steam shower. The three-car garage has two EV charging outlets.
Features that are optional on most other new homes are standard at Red Oak Manor, says Premier Homes Group President Drew Lawless.
That includes white oak floors, crown moldings, retractable deck doors, high-end appliances, quartz countertops, and high-end light fixtures.
The Fisher model is a three-story house all above ground with five bedrooms and a second-story porch in front. It has an elevator, making it suitable for a multigenerational family. It’s listed at $2.37 million.
Red Oak Manor residents will be in a homeowners association. HOA dues will be $125 a month, which will cover the maintenance of common areas and underground stormwater tanks, Lawless says.
Premier Homes Group is also building a larger home on the corner of Gallows Road and Travis Parkway. It’s expected to be completed in the spring and will be listed for about $2.49 million.
The company is building a single-family infill home on Bennett Drive and another on Pine Drive in Annandale and is in the process of buying a couple of other houses on Travis Parkway and one on Raleigh Road in Annandale for future development.
